Who Are you? What are you?

We’re a small-scale workroom in San Francisco, California manufacturing leather goods of the highest quality by hand. We’re not an industrial operation. We’re a small tailoring shop that turns clients’ fantasies into reality. We also offer a limited catalogue of stock pieces made-to-order in our Demonic Leather range.

 
 

I love these! Where do I buy them? Do you have a physical shop?

At this time, we don’t have a shop that’s open to the public. Our Demonic Leather range is available for purchase through this site. In-person appointments are available in the San Francisco Bay area and select parts of northern California. Please contact us to start a conversation.

 
 

How do I measure myself/get measured properly?

Fully-custom, made-to-measure work:

We do not take on fully-custom, made-to-measure projects without in-person meetings for measurements and fittings.

We make in-person appointments in the San Francisco Bay Area and select parts of northern California. In the first appointment,we’ll take your measurements and work out the details of your project. Then there will be a second or possibly more meetings for making sure your muslin model fits exactly as you want it to. A final fitting at the delivery of the garment will make sure everything is perfect!

Made-to-order work:

If we can’t work with you in-person, we can’t make something that will fit you perfectly. We can make you something with attributes you choose that will fit based on basic dimensions, much like buying any other lightly-customised item made to a standard size.

Do not try this at home! We’ll send you our measurement form. Take it to a tailor or a dry cleaner that makes clothing alterations and have them measure you. Since we can’t measure and fit you ourselves, we’ll adjust our standard patterns to fit the measurements you provide as closely as we can. But the fit will not be the same as a fully-custom piece.

If you send us incorrect measurements, there’s often little that can be done to get it right without starting over. We will not be held responsible for items made to inaccurate measurements.

What are your payment and shipping policies?

We require payment in full on all stock pieces before work begins on your item. On custom made-to-measure projects, we require a 50-75% non-refundable deposit before work begins on your commission.

We accept payment in US$ via cash-in-hand or PayPal. No other methods of payment are accepted: No questions, no exceptions. California sales tax is charged on all orders for personal pick-up or delivery within California.

We ship by USPS (US addresses only), UPS or DHL Worldwide. We charge shipping on orders under $500. We will work with you on choosing the most secure and cost-effective options. On orders of $501 or more, shipping is complementary. Other services, including expedited or signature service, are available by arrangement.

 
 

What are your return/refund policies?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. If you’re not satisfied with one of our items, we will endeavour to rectify the situation. Please also refer to our ‘Measurements’ section for further information.

All of our leather is proudly made in San Francisco. We’re Californians making first-quality products. We don’t employ offshore labour at slave wages. We don’t employ children or prisoners. We don’t despoil environments that are conveniently out of sight. We use materials of the highest quality to create designs that will last a lifetime. You can be assured that what you’re buying is what we say it is, and we guarantee all that we make for life. We support the communities that form our client base. You can’t get that from the online behemoth delivered tomorrow for $100.

 
 

I have this amazing idea for a custom project that i can’t seem to find anyone to make for me! what do i do?

Custom projects are what Jocker Leatherworks was founded to deliver! Please contact us to start a conversation. We can’t guarantee that we can do it, but let’s at least discuss it!
